It's (almost) officially been one week since the release of Trivial Trivia: The Newgrounds Collection! Since the release of the game, it has received a handful of fixes, updates, and feature additions! Tonight's update to the game is no different...

New feature: Top 20 Leaderboard

You can now view the top 20 scores for a trivia pack for a given month! How does your score compare to other Newgrounders?

To better fit everything onto the page, the stats information including your score breakdown has been moved to the right-hand side menu. This leaderboard also works well on [most] mobile devices! A fun tid-bit about user display - supporters are recognized (or targeted, your take) by having a square user icon versus the circular one! You can also click on the user's name to visit their profile!

A bugfix included in this update is the gradient background not respecting the motion toggle button. It will now stop moving when motion is reduced!

Quick Review of the Stats

It's been quite the week for this trivia game! It's had over 13,000 plays as of writing this, and received over 110 favorites and 215 reviews! It's been awesome seeing what everyone thinks of the game and what they think of the trivia.

The game continues to get a good amount of views, plays, and interactions!

Closing thoughts

While the last update to the game came tonight for supporters and will arrive for everyone else on June 14, the trivia does not stop here! I plan to write another post here on June 15 with a poll link to get ideas for the next trivia pack! I have an idea for what next month will bring, but you'll have to wait to learn more!

The game itself will also still receive updates in future iterations of the Trivial Trivia games. No plans set in stone on how to make it a fun(ner) experience, but it will be a continually improved upon series!
